The Friends Club currently consists of more than 600 friends who have funded us from the very beginning. In total, they have already raised just under 2 million euros since 2017 in exchange for just over 20% ownership of our city castle. Chateau would like to continue to grow anno 2025 and with that there is now also the opportunity for you to become a co-owner.
The last Round took place in 2023 with which we raised 600,000 euros and about 200 new friends joined us. With an average deposit of 3,000 euros, they bought certificates of shares (that is, actual securities in the holding company of our company). This time we are going for 200,000 euros in new capital to be raised.
The rules of the game in a row:
You can buy additional pieces at any time during an ongoing campaign (so can existing certificate holders), but not sell them. Be careful, this is a risky investment. Invest only with money you can afford to lose, and read the pitch deck well in advance.
