This wine is made for the long family dinner in your nonna’s garden with some antipasti, primi en secundi. Goes well with all kinds of food such as Italian pasta’s or grilled steak.

This wine is fermented and aged for 8 months in French oak. Except for a low level of added sulfites (which we use to prevent the growth of unwanted microorganisms), and our organic wine yeast, this wine doesn’t contain any other additives – just grape juice. We used a cellulose filter to clear the wine.
Our Fathers line is characterised by a classical approach and traditional methods. Here all wines are monocépages; each wine is made from just one specific grape variety, resulting in complex and character-driven wines with a true expression of each grape, always with that urban twist and signature that makes it a Chateau Amsterdam wine.
