Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks with oak. Except for a low level of added sulfites (which we use to prevent the growth of unwanted microorganisms), and our organic wine yeast, this wine doesn’t contain any other additives – just grape juice. We used a cellulose filter to clear the wine.
This wine is suitable for vegans.
Our Fathers line is characterised by a classical approach and traditional methods.
