Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks with oak. Other than a small addition of sulfites (which we use to prevent the growth of unwanted microorganisms), and our organic wine yeast, this wine contains no other additives - just grape juice. We used a cellulose filter to filter the wine.
This wine is suitable for vegans.
Our Fathers are classic wines and are made from the finest grapes from across Europe. These wines are terroir driven and a celebration of our farmers and that small piece of land that gave us this harvest. They are raised with attention and care but more importantly with a lot of patience.
