Chef de Partie

Chateau Amsterdam is looking for A Chef de Partie (kitchen, 30 hours per week)

INTRODUCTION
Chateau Amsterdam is a start-up. Started in 2017 with a small wine production and now, 6 years later, we can produce 200,000 bottles of wine locally in Amsterdam in the new winery, adjacent to our restaurant where these wines are served. We are growing fast and face new challenges every time. In the coming years, our goal is to expand even further in both wine production and distribution. With the dot on the horizon being that in 2025 Chateau will be a Top 3 wine brand in the Netherlands.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The primary assignment of the Chef de Partie is to run a department within the kitchen independently. You are hands-on and versatile. At Chateau, cooking is done with feeling and passion.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for someone to fill the position at senior level, and dares to stand in the clay themselves. You have a level 3 education and at least 5 years of experience.

PLACE IN THE ORGANIZATION
You will report to the Head Chef, and you will work in the Kitchen team. Chateau Amsterdam is a flat organization where a small team of professionals together shape the operation.
